Stepping my hands into mystical Mustang. Mustang, the secret Kingdom of the Himalaya where you need to take out a special visa to visit. At the time of visit the visa was something between 60 USD – 100 USD – which was way off our budget.
We decided to detour our hike into Mustang territory and encountered this white field – which was not snow, it was something I could not figure out what it was. Maybe lime?
On the continuation we entered a stone field that was full of fossils. Again, never seen before. I wonder what other secrets Mustang is hiding.
Anyways its been a very interesting short visit especially as we always had to look out for military or any other officials that might have asked us for the visa.
